2. Why do you wish to become a lawyer and how do you plan to roleplay as one?

The reason for roleplaying as a lawyer is composed both of my personal desire and the wish of trying something new. Not only is it an unknown form of roleplay for me but I see it as an opportunity to develop and enjoy again a long-forgotten character which I am fond of.

On a first note, it is to be noted my experience in illegal roleplay, having roleplayed and being a long-standing member of the server since 2014. During my experience I have solely roleplayed and thus portrayed illegal characters and as such I find that legal roleplay would be a new addition to my server-related experience. As of this I am to state that I currently own a character withing the LSPD, Kurt Meyers, which is my start within the legal-side of the roleplay. For this, I have prepared, not only by informing my self from real-life law related sources within the United States but I have also read and went through the San Andreas Penal Code multiple times to assure myself that I am faimiliar with the laws withing the LS-RP world. It is also to be noted that I am a fond practicer of debate, which is very common within court cases, and as such the lawyer experience.

On a second note, my plans involve developing Dave Cartson as a fresh comer within the San Andreas legal scene, planning to portray a poor, yet ambitious young lawyer. My plans are that Dave is going to start developing and working with small local companies as to launch both himself and his client, in the economical and law aspects of daily economical activity of any given business. As of this the plan is to develop Cartson legally, as a faithful lawyer siding only with the right during the younger years.
After successfully having developed Cartson in a popular lawyer within San Andreas, my plans are that Cartson enters and starts enjoying a life of vice, of course, assuming that Cartson would be earning large sums of money from contracts. Possibly some money laundering roleplay, depending on how the sceneric line will go, possibly ending it with Cartson retiring, or imprisoment if it is the case.
In the matter in which Cartson would fail, and as such lose on contracts or clients, I will roleplay him retiring early and moving out into the county, possibly a motorcycle club, as Dave is very fond of motorbikes, thus him owning an older Harley Davidson (Freeway), debatable although as it is unclear whether he would stray from his faithfulness in the government and the law system.

As of this, I have presented both my personal desire of roleplay and the plan of action, and as such I am looking forward to your response.

3. Do you have any knowledge of the Penal Code and Acts of San Andreas?

As stated above, I went throught the Penal Code fully just to reassure myself that I am yet again familiar with the law and codes of San Andreas.
Not only do I work with the Penal Code very often withing my roleplay experience with the Los Santos Police Department but I am also required to know it fully as to define criminal activity, as such I have both knowledge and experience with both using it and being familiar to it.

4. Do you have any knowledge of American Law?

I do have knowledge of American Law, as I have started reading it, both through personal requirements in daily life but also as a personal desire and ambition put in this application, as such I have assured myself of having the common knowledge and constantly reading more detailed aspects of the American Law.
